The concept behind Fanning the Flame and the Focus on Red Programme arose out of the passion of Graham Sercombe. Graham has been a pastor and evangelist for the past 30 years, preaching and teaching extensively across Australia and the South Pacific. He has a great passion for God and for evangelism.

Graham desires to help equip Churches to effectively communicate the gospel of Christ to the unchurched.  He is a gifted communicator and God has used him to inspire and encourage Churches of all denominations. God has used him as an evangelist to help non Christians to commit their lives to Christ.

Graham is committed to working alongside Pastors and Churches to reach people with the gospel. He is passionate about mentoring, training and raising up young evangelists. He has developed the Focus on Red Programme which is at the forefront of seeking a way to develop Christians through their Renewal, equipping them for Evangelism and to be Disciples in their own community.
